Some of the most beautiful waterfalls in my area are Upper and Lower Butte Creek Falls, and I recently had the chance to visit them on a gorgeous spring day. The forest was bursting with vibrant greens, making the whole area feel alive and fresh.
This spot had been closed to the public for a few years due to timber operations, so I was thrilled when it reopened last year. The trails are easy to navigate, but I always take my time—there’s just so much to photograph and appreciate.
