Every year I highlight some of my accomplishments related to my photography journey. I also layout goals and events for the new upcoming year.
Back in 2015 I wrote a blog post about 5 photography podcasts that I was currently listening to at the time. I thought I would update the post to what it is now in 2019. A lot has changed since then as some podcasts have come and gone. I enjoy listening to photography podcasts while I'm exercising or while I'm doing post-processing of images.
On December 10th, 7:30 PM, I'll be speaking at the Film Pack Camera Club. It is located at Touchmark - 2911 SE Village Loop, Vancouver, Washington. I'm speaking about my travels and experiences as a nomadic photographer photographing western state and national parks.
On Monday August 19th at 6:30 PM, I will be speaking at the Oregon Coast Photographers Association. This camera club is in my old stomping grounds. I will talk about my experiences as a landscape photographer traveling and living nomadically in an RV for four years, while visiting national and state parks.
In 2015 my husband and I moved in to an RV and began traveling full-time in it. Find out my pros and cons of traveling this way for four years.
The Nature First alliance was recently launched on Earth Day. Learn about the seven principles to help protect our public lands and join the alliance.
I am honored to be a guest blogger on Scott Kelby's website. In my early years learning photography, the first photography books I purchased were from Scott Kelby’s Digital Photography series.

Out of Oregon – Out of Chicago’s 3rd Annual Landscape Photography Conference, taking place on the Oregon Coast from October 13-17, 2019. I am excited to be teaching alongside several of my personal favorite landscape photographers, some I call friends.
